In 2006, the State Council pointed out that "The focus of disease prevention and control should be shifted forward, adhere to prevention, promote the combination of health and prevention of disease. To study the key technologies of prevention and early diagnosis to significantly improve the ability of diagnosis and prevention and cure of major diseases. For the first time, stem cell technology has been written into the national major technology strategic development plan.

In 2013, the State Council formally approved the international medical tourism pioneer area of Boao Lecheng, Hainan and gave 9 leading policies to strongly support powerful enterprises to conduct research on stem cell clinical cutting-edge medical technology projects in the pioneer area.

In 2015, CFDA promulgated“Methods for the Management of Stem Cell Clinical Research (Trial)”. For the first time, the preliminary standards of stem cell clinical treatment was published in the form of national regulations, which directly means that the era of comprehensive and orderly stem cell clinical treatment in China has been opened.

As one of the first batch of seven enterprises to enter the pioneer area, Beautech build a new concept of stem cell anti-aging hospital intergrating GMP standard cell laboratory, thousand levels laminar flow clean operating room, international consultation center and international conference center.
